Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase excluding sales of firearms, ammunition, and clothing. Please see clothing return policy below.  All firearm and ammunition sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. See SHIPPING for details.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

There is a 5% processing fee for all cancelled orders and there is a 15% restocking and processing fee for all returned products.

If you wish to return the item(s) AND would take store credit for the amount of the item(s), we will waive our return & restocking fee.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@victoryridgesports.ca and send your item to: Victory Ridge Sports, 431 Bayview Dr., Unit 3 Barrie, ON, L4N 8Y2, Canada.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must mail your product to: Victory Ridge Sports, 431 Bayview Dr., Unit 3 Barrie, ON, L4N 8Y2, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When your order leaves our store and is in transit with either UPS or Canada Post, we are NO LONGER responsible for your order. You receive email notifications once your order has been completed and then an email with your tracking information.

All orders are only insured for $100.00. If you want more coverage, you can purchase additional shipping insurance during Checkout to cover the full value of your order. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your order once the courier has collected your order from our facility.

For information on your order, after it has left our store, you are responsible for contacting the carrier the order was shipped with (UPS/Canada Post) for any information pertaining to your order. You agree and acknowledge this by accepting our terms when checking out.

  • Shipping Ammo: Please note that all ammunition shipments are sent exclusively via UPS. Ammunition cannot be shipped through Canada Post under any circumstances.If a customer selects Canada Post at checkout for an ammunition order, our team will contact you to arrange proper UPS shipping and payment of the applicable shipping difference.Should the customer decline to proceed with UPS shipping, the order will be cancelled and subject to a 5% cancellation fee
  • Shipping to Households/PO Boxes: if you want packages shipped to PO Boxes, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that we are NOT held responsible for any packages left at PO Boxes. Any packages left on front porches or on your property, we are not responsible if it has gone missing.
  • Card for Pickup: many of our orders are checked with Card for Pickup.
  • FREE SHIPPING Coupon only applies to orders over $250 of regular priced products, before tax, not including ammunition, consignment items, or oversize/overweight parcels.
  • Estimated Cost of Shipping: The shipping charge applied to any order is an estimate only. In most cases, the shipping estimate is the same as the real shipping rate but occasionally, the estimate falls below the actual cost of shipping. In these rare circumstances, you may be required to cover the additional cost of shipping.

CLOTHING RETURN POLICY

There is a 14-day return policy on clothing FROM DAY OF PURCHASE.

All next to skin clothing (i.e. baselayers, hats, socks, etc.) are FINAL SALE. If the item must be returned, it must still be sealed in original packaging and subject to our return & restocking fees.

Returning Clothing: to return clothing, the clothing must be in new condition with original tags and packaged properly with original packaging. All returned clothing are subject to our return & restocking fees.
