By creating an account on VRS, you can utilize our Wishlist feature. Our Wishlist feature allows you to add any item of your choice to your list. Once you add the item to your list, you will get notified when the item gets restocked, if there is a price change, etc.
When will my item get delivered?

Due to COVID-19, delivery ETAs vary. Typically the expected time is 2-5 business days from the day you received an email with a tracking number. Again, delivery times can vary due to holidays and unforeseen circumstances. When you do receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier receives the package, please allow 24-hours for the tracking information to populate.

 
Why hasn't my item arrived yet?

Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be longer than usual. Once the product has been shipped from our location, we do not have control over when it will arrive at your address. If you have questions regarding where your package is, please see the tracking number that was given to you and use it on Canada Post or UPS’ website, or give them a call.
