I placed an order and still haven't received it.

Our typical wait time for online orders are 2-5 business days for items that are in-stock. For backorders or special orders, wait times can vary from 1-2 weeks and in special cases it may take longer.

When you do receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier receives the package, please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to populate.

Outside of regular business days, holidays and weather may affect shipment schedules. If you are still concerned about your order, please feel free to contact us via phone at 705-252-4400 or via email at info@victoryridgesports.ca.

The item I want is ‘Out of Stock’ or not on your website.
