Magpul M-LOK Rail Covers Type 2 Half Slot

M-LOK Rail Covers, Type 2 Half Slot install onto most aluminum M-LOK hand guards to fill in the gaps and spaces left over after installing the standard-sized M-LOK Type 2 rail covers. They protect unused rail space, prevent snags and provide a gripping surface with aggressive Trapezoidal Surface Projections (TSP) texture. With the same two-piece design and features as the standard-sized Type 2 rail covers, the Half Slot covers only take up half an M-LOK slot to fit around accessories or take up gaps near the front or rear of the hand guard.

• Covers protrude just over 1/8″ above the rail to maintain low profile
• Durable Magpul polymer protects hand against heat during sustained firing, and survives sustained hard use
• Installs without tools and can be removed with a pointed tool or the tip of a 5.56 round
• One cover fills ½ an M-LOK slot, with six covers included per package
• Available in a range of colors to match Magpul stocks, pistol grips and other parts and accessories
• Not compatible with Magpul MOE® M-LOK, MOE SL®, or SGA® forends
• May not fit some free-float aluminum hand guards that have wider, flatter profile
