Beretta VCI Gun Sock 56inch

VCI stands for Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor. The fabric releases a protective vapour that forms a barrier against rust and corrosion on your firearm's metal. That makes it a good choice for long-term storage as well as trips to and from the range.

It fits most long guns between 48 and 56 inches in overall length, which covers many full-length shotguns and hunting rifles. Measure your firearm from muzzle to butt pad before ordering to be sure it fits.

Beretta's VCI sock uses soft spun yarns that repel water and keep moisture away from the gun. Silicone-treated socks can hold moisture against the metal. The VCI yarn also won't scratch or wear down wood stocks or blued finishes.

No, not on its own. Canadian regulations require a non-restricted firearm to be stored unloaded and either fitted with a secure locking device, kept in a locked container or room, or rendered inoperable, for example with the bolt removed. Use the sock inside your safe or cabinet to protect the finish, not in place of a lock.
