It holds two AR-pattern 5.56/.223 rifle magazines side by side. In Canada, centrefire semi-automatic rifle magazines are limited to five rounds, and pinned five-round AR-pattern magazines keep the full-size body, so they fit the pouch the same way. Magazines are not included.

It uses the MOLLE system, so it mounts to any MOLLE-compatible gear, including chest rigs, plate carriers, battle belts, vests and range bags. That lets you move it between setups for the range, competition or the field.
