This full metal jacket ammo is designed to be perfect for target shooting and practice purposes. These practice loads offer ballistic qualities comparable to Federal’s Personal Defense rounds. The Federal 9mm 124 Grain ammo offers a muzzle velocity of 1160 feet per second and muzzle energy of 344 ft. lbs.
